How long does processing take?

Each order is prepared with care. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days before shipping.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Are the pieces handmade?

Many of our creations are hand-crafted or hand-finished, made with slow, intentional care to reflect the spirit of Knot Within.

Will the colors look exactly the same in person?

We aim for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences—adding a unique touch to each piece.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please email us first—returns must be sent to our dedicated return facility (not the shipping origin or store address).

How do I start a return?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re truly sorry this happened.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a few photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
We’ll take gentle care of the situation and help you with a replacement or refund.
Your feedback helps us improve and ensure every piece arrives safely.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

At Knot Within, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. However, all payments are made securely online through trusted methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available options at checkout.
