1. Return Eligibility

✔ We accept returns for:

     Defective or damaged items

     Incorrect items received

✔ Requests must be submitted within:

7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, contact us at support@knotwithin.com with:

     Order number

     Description of the issue

     Photos of the item + packaging

We do not accept returns for:

     Change of mind

     Used or damaged items not caused during transit

     Custom, handmade, or personalized items

     Sale / clearance items

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

     Unused

     In original condition

     In original packaging

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping

     The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

     Our return address is not the warehouse or shipping origin.
Customer service will provide the correct return address upon approval.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

     Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

     Depending on your bank or provider, processing may take 3–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please request a refund and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this window, processing may have already begun.
