We ship our creations with care from our partner warehouses using trusted logistics providers such as Yuntu Express. Each order is prepared with thoughtful packaging to ensure it reaches you safely.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Unavailable regions may change depending on logistics restrictions.

2. Processing Time

Our processing time (before shipment):

     1–3 business days for in-stock items

     Pre-order items follow the timeline listed on their product pages

During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times (varies by destination):

     United States: 7-15 business days

     Canada: 8–20 business days

     United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days

     Australia / New Zealand: 8–15 business days

     Asia: 5–10 business days

     Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

1) Our global orders are lovingly prepared and shipped from our studio warehouse in Shanghai, China.

2) At the moment, we’re unable to deliver to certain remote island regions in Europe.

3) For customers in the United States, import duties are already covered in your shipping fee, so you can enjoy a smooth and worry-free delivery experience.
